A Master's degree is possible in Computer Science and Business Informatics. Computer Engineering at Master's level is offered as a separate major in the Computer Science Master's program.

Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.)
The Institute of Computer Science at TU Clausthal offers Bachelor's degree programs in

- Digital Technologies with the application areas Autonomous Systems, Circular Economy and Environmental Technology, Mobility, Digital Transformation, Industry 4.0 and Energy
as part of a degree course in computer science/business informatics. The organizational dovetailing in the joint degree course makes it easy to switch between the two fields in the first year of study - ideal if you are not yet sure which direction suits you best.
All courses lead to a professional qualification after a standard period of study of 6 semesters.
You can start your studies in both the winter and summer semesters.
In addition, we offer our students the opportunity to acquire industry-recognized certificates in the fields of software development and enterprise resource planning (SAP) during their studies.
Master of Science (M.Sc.)
The Institute of Computer Science offers two consecutive Master's degree programs in

Students can specialize in various areas within the Master's degree courses. In addition to the lectures, students are instructed in scientific work in seminars and internships and write a final, research-oriented Master's thesis. We also offer a special research track for students with an interest in research activities.
